Why can't I just use a Web Editor?
There are indeed many good web design applications available, and we provide two of these for you to try as you progress through the course. However, some of your work in the future will consist of updating, fixing, & redesigning old sites, and even troubleshooting your own. It is therefore essential that you understand the coding that supports the web pages. You will gain this vital knowledge gradually as you study this course.

I may wish to undertake more advanced courses
That's great, and WEBSTART will give you a strong foundation on which to build your future skills.

How will I ever remember all these new techniques?
We know how difficult this can be so we've provided a comprehensive directory of all the coding mentioned in the lessons, - and more!

What if I do not like the course, can I return it?
Yes if returned within 14 days we offer a full refund.

Are there any updates?
Yes, if we update the course the information will either be posted on the supporting web site, or sent to you free of charge.

Do I need to buy any software?
No, not to complete our course, but you may wish to purchase a suitable web editor and paint program in the future.
