Payment methods

Web Orders

Card payments are accepted either via our secure online payments system.

PayPal payments are accepted via the safe, secure PayPal system.

Telephone Orders

Card payments are also accepted by telephone.

Direct To Bank

Some customers prefer to pay by direct bank transfer using online banking. If you wish to do this, please email first with details of your order and we will provide an invoice with our bank details.

Company Orders

If you would like to order a course through your company please email sales@ezlearning.co.uk and provide us with all your details including a purchase order number if applicable.

There are no discounts available for companies ordering by purchase order. Pay in full on-line to receive the best price!

Instalments

We do not offer a Direct Debit Scheme at this time, your monthly payment is processed automatically by PayPal each month.

If you choose to pay by instalments and your payment fails, PayPal will inform us and re-attempt the transaction on 2 further occasions before cancelling the arrangement. You therefore have plenty of time to make sure funds are available. In the event that we receive a cancellation notice from PayPal for this or any other reason, we will charge an administration fee of £15.00  which is added to your account.

At this point the whole amount becomes due and your support is suspended until payment for your course has been made in full.

We use a debt collection agency for all customers who default on payments and an administration charge of 15% is added to the amount outstanding.

In the event the debt is passed to our collection department then we reserve the right to recover the awarding body registration fees.

Delivery

If we are out of stock we will ensure you receive your course within 5 working days.

Registration with awarding bodies.

Installment payments: In the unlikely event you complete your course before your final payment has been made then we will register you once you have completed your payment plan.

We reserve the right to change the awarding body for your course to either an equivalent or better qualification.

Support

Most of our Home Study courses (not DVD or online courses) come with 12 months tutor support and in some cases 24 months. You will also be registered with the awarding body for the appropriate period.

If you require a course extension then this can be arranged and a fee will be payable. 

Refunds/Returns/Cancellation

EZ Learning will refund the price or exchange any product found to be faulty.

Your statutory right under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, allows you seven  days from the day after receipt of materials in which to make a written request for cancellation. To avoid any misunderstandins emails or telephone cancellations are not acceptable and you must send the letter by recorded delivery to: EZ Learning. 19 Somersby Avenue, Sprotbrough, Doncaster, South Yorkshire. DN5 8HD.

Please note that no goods can be accepted for return unless faulty if the seal has been broken. This complies with the UK and EU legislation and does not affect your statutory rights.

After the 7 days have elapsed we cannot accept a course back under any circumstances and all the fees are payable.

Paper Based Courses

We offer a refund on all paper based course as long as they are returned within 7 days via Royal Mail Special or recorded delivery in resalable condition and not marked in anyway .

We will send you a refund less postage and packing.

DVD/CD Based Courses

No refunds are available for CD/DVD Rom courses.

Online Courses

International Students

If you are an international student and in the unlikely event you wish to return your course then we must receive an email within 7 days of receiving the course outlining your reasons for returning it. We will refund the costs of the course less overseas courier charges.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• your name
• address
• phone number
• email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

We do not write down or store credit card details even if they are given over the phone.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at sales@ezlearning.co.uk If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We do use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site using a tracking "cookie".

If you are a returning student and wish to purchase another course we will offer you a 10% discount from the RRP (cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer).

If you have any complaints about our service please telephone 01302 391513 and discuss the nature of your problem. We are committed to resolving all problems within 24 hours.

You statutory rights are not affected.
