You will need to take the standard A-Level Psychology examinations in order to fully complete this course. The examinations run on specific dates, which can be obtained by visiting the AQA website. You will be required to book these examinations yourself, but we can provide a list of over 400 A-Level test centres around the country to help with this.

  • Assessment format: A mixture of short and long answer questions and multiple choice questions

  • Weighing: 33.3% of A-Level
  • Total Marks: 96
  • Assessed: Content from topics 4.3.1 and optional content from:
    • – one from option 1, (4.3.2-4.3.4)

Upon successful completion of this home learning course you will receive an A-Level in Psychology (AS/A2) issued by AQA. Both AS and A2 level courses and examinations must be successfully completed to gain a full A level. We have chosen this syllabus as it is the best suited to distance learning.

Method of Study

The course comes to you as a paper-based pack delivered by courier.

You will be given guidance through the Study Guide on the nuts and bolts of studying and submitting assignments.

Postal assignments cannot be accepted without prior permission from the tutor.
