Direct To Bank
Some customers prefer to pay by direct bank transfer using online banking. If you wish to do this, details are provided in the checkout. When making payment, please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will be shipped as soon as the funds have cleared in our account.
If you would like to order a course through your company please email email@example.com and provide us with all your details including a purchase order number if applicable.

Delivery costs are available in the checkout. Physical course material is only delivered the UK addresses. Online courses are available worldwide.
Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. A few courses may take up to 14 days if out of stock.
Registration with awarding bodies.
Installment payments: In the unlikely event you complete your course before your final payment has been made then we will register you once you have completed your payment plan.
We reserve the right to change the awarding body for your course to either an equivalent or better qualification.
Most of our Home Study courses come with 12 months tutor support and in some cases 24 months.
If you require a course extension then this can be arranged and a fee will be payable.
EZ Learning will refund the price or exchange any product found to be faulty.
- You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days. If you choose to cancel within this period you will receive a refund of the Price within 14 days of you returning all Materials to us.
- The right of cancellation will not apply if:
- You have accessed any online learning or Materials prior to cancellation.
- Any software supplied has been used or the Security seal broken.
- You have been provided with any of the services such as tutor support.
- If you wish to cancel, the notification must be be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that no goods can be accepted for returned unless faulty if the seal has been broken. This complies with the UK and EU legislation and does not affect your statutory rights.
After the 14 days have elapsed we cannot accept a course back under any circumstances and all the fees are payable.
If you are an international student and in the unlikely event you wish to return your course then we must receive an email within 14 days of receiving the course outlining your reasons for returning it. We will refund the costs of the course less overseas courier charges.
